We get to know each other in an initial virtual meeting. You tell us who you are and what your wishes and goals are. What should your new position look like and why is a change currently an option for you?
And most importantly: What is your TechStack and what is important to you?

We will also talk directly about open positions and you will receive all the important information (role, company, salary range, benefits, why the position needs to be filled, and so on)

Step 2: SUMMARY & DATA

After our interview you will receive a summary and you can send us your complete application documents. These will be created in our database in accordance with DSGVO and only with your confirmation.

Step 3: YOUR CHOICE

We don’t need a direct decision. Sleep on it for a night first.

If necessary, ask us further questions and only then decide whether we start the application process!
