We are Frauke & Ali.
And we have declared war on the shortage of skilled workers.

We specialize in the consulting and placement of specialists and managers in the field of software development and product ownership. Our focus is on active sourcing and digital recruiting. In total, we have over 10 years of expertise.

We are a team of five people and love our job! You’ll find us in the heart of Düsseldorf, just around the corner from the Rhine.

Our goal is to bring applicants and companies together in the best possible way. That’s why we take a lot of time to get to know both sides in detail instead of just placing anyone anywhere.
